Harlow, Essex HTS (Property & Environment) Limited HTS (Property & Environment) Ltd has been set up by Harlow District Council to provide housing repairs & maintenance and environmental services. Working in the Capital Works Section, you will support the Line Manager in supervising all operational, financial and quality control aspects of the Section. You will ensure that the works comply with all aspects of NICEIC accreditation, so it is essential that have experience in inspection, testing, certification and reporting procedures for electrical installation in domestic and commercial properties. Also, it is essential that you are a fully qualified electrician to City & Guilds 18th edition.
