Bridging Underwriter – London – Permanent – Up to £60,000 + Benefits
J2 Recruitment are extremely proud to be working in partnership with an award-winning Development Finance Lender to recruit for an experienced and driven Bridging Financial and Development Finance Underwriter to join their constantly growing team at their brand new and state of the art offices in the West End.
The business offers a fantastic package including a basic salary c£40,000-£60,000 Depending on Experience and an extremely attractive benefits package. This position would be well suited to a candidate coming from a specialist lending background or Challenger Bank that has previously held a mandate specifically within a Development Underwriting or Bridging Underwriting position.
The business has substantial growth plans over the next 18-36 months and we are looking for an Underwriter that can work autonomously and as part of a fast-paced team whilst delivering exceptional service consistently and wants to be a part of a growing function within an already highly successful group.
Applicants are expected to hold a good level of previous Underwriting experience to be considered for the opportunity and candidates with a stable working history are actively encouraged to apply.
