Pensions Administrator (SIPPs) – Leicestershire (AL808)
to c£25,000 per annum + excellent benefits
My client is an established Pensions & Wealth Management company, providing financial planning and wealth management to both corporate and private clients and they are now looking to appoint a SIPP Administrator / Pension Administrator for their Leicestershire based offices.
The role involves the full cradle to grave administration of SIPP Pension Schemes, including:
Producing SIPP quotes
Establishing new SIPP Schemes
Dealing with general SIPP enquiries
Liaising with clients/IFAs/professional advisers/investment companies
Dealing with incoming post, benefit crystallisation and calculation of pension, receiving contributions and transfer values
Placing investments, reconciling bank statements, monitoring cash flow, updating paper and computer records
Property purchase and administration
Valuations
Fee collection
Annual review and audit
Preparing pre and at retirement packs
Requirements for the Role:
Understanding of Industry IT Systems, ideally SIPP PRO
Understanding of pensions and the tax regime in which they operate
Understanding of FSA compliance rules relating to SIPPs and packaged products
