Development Surveyor

Independent, privately-owned property asset and development company. The team specialise in real estate strategies for value add situations across London and the South-East of the UK.
The organisation offers the following services: Asset Management, Acquisitions, Development Management and Equity and Debt Management.
The role will involve:
* Advising on commercial Real Estate Investments and Development Management for a number of projects across London.
* Financial analysis throughout development projects.
* Prepare and carry out pitches to clients/ developers/ investors for new work
* Project reviews and analysis to establish where value can be added for investors.
* Able to understand and work with complex modelling and Excel reporting
* Market analysis, macro and micro economic analysis, to support information for investment opportunities
Requirements
* Degree educated within a relevant field; Real Estate Investment and Development and/ or Finance
* Ideally MRICS qualified but not essential
* Ideally you will have knowledge of and experience as an Analyst with Real Estate or have worked within Asset Management/ Investment Management/ Development Management, or keen to join a business where you will be able to develop and specialize into these sectors
