Castlefield Recruitment The Client - Property Inspector: Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a well-established housing association who are looking to appoint a Property Inspector for a permanent position based in the Hull area The Role - Property Inspector:
  • Carry out a planned programme of inspections of properties to ensure adherence to regulatory and statutory requirements, policies and compliance frameworks
  • Record outcomes of inspections so that remedial action can be carried out
  • Check that safety management equipment is in full working order to ensure compliance with risk and health and safety protocols
The Person - Property Inspector:
  • Proven track record of monitoring risk and health and safety compliance and carrying out inspections within a housing environment
  • Knowledge of asbestos, legionella, building regulations, fire regulations and health and safety regulations within a housing environment
  • Proficient in the use of IT systems including MS Office
