House Builder – New Build – Residential – Estimator – Chorley

An award-winning property developer are seeking an Estimator to join this well-established commercial team to help deliver new build schemes across Cheshire and Lancashire. It's an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth and development of this business' long-term goals.
The Estimator will be working for an organisation that has achieved a five-star Home Builders Federation Customer Satisfaction Rating for the last three years running. This year this organisation is on target to reach the milestone to build more than 1000 homes.
Salary for Estimator:
£40,000 – £50,000 – Car/Allowance, Pension, Bonus, and Healthcare
The successful Estimator must have:
* Minimum 5 years' experience
* No jumps from role to role
* BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar commercial related course
* Previous experience working for a similar house builder
* Drivers licence essential
* Good IT skills and experience of using COINS would be advantageous.
