Interaction Recruitment Bletchley, Buckinghamshire Interaction Recruitment Our client is an expanding Property lettings company and they are in urgent need of a Property Maintenance Manager to look after and maintain their growing portfolio. You will have a back ground in property maintenance, fixing everything from a leaking tap to a full decorating make over. If you have qualification in plumbing, Electrical maintenance or are Corgi registered then my client will look at the salary for your additional skills. However experience is far more important. Properties are located in Northampton, Luton and Milton Keynes. So flexibility is important. Working Monday to Friday 09:30 - 18:30 and half day every other Saturday 09:00 - 13:00. You must have your own car but all fuel expenses are paid. This is a demanding role so you need to be able to work under pressure.
