My client is a National Rural Property Services company of Chartered Surveyors and Planning Consultants operating mainly in the Suffolk and surrounding areas; working with clients providing creative and cost-effective solutions to planning, design and land use issues. The successful candidate: This position requires an enthusiastic individual who is confident to work with their own client portfolio and able to deliver projects in an effective and efficient manner. To undertake the role the successful applicants will need to be excellent communicators and have a real understanding of rural issues and rural planning policies. As well as being RTPI qualified, with a minimum of two year’s experience ideally in rural planning related work. In return our client can offer:

Basic salary of £25,000 per annum
The working hours are from Monday to Friday
