Kings Hill, Kent Clarion We have a great opportunity for Property Services Support Officer to join our team. As a key member of the Strategic Repairs Team you will be part of a busy team undertaking a variety of tasks. What you'll be doing You will work with the Property Services Support Manager and other teams to deliver, monitor and report on specific processes such as escalated repairs enquiries, environmental health enquiries, disrepair cases, voids, aids and adaptations and other property services related matters. You will also work with the wider property services teams and will look to build a consistent culture across all parts of the group. This position is being offered on a permanent full time basis and will be based at our Kings Hill Office in Kent. What we're looking for The successful candidate will have significant experience in administrative duties and preferably experience within a Housing Association or Property Services environment. Confident and resilient, you will ideally have a sound understanding of the social housing environment but the focus will be on the right person with a combination of the right attitude and skills.
